Changes to my study programme

 

I love many thing to study my career, even the fact of the years we study is an important thing to consider, I still choose this career and this university (EVEN!!!, so crazy, anyways).

I like we have three phonetics' class in three different years, we have Italian, German and French, but I think we are lacking of an English phonetic class, because we sing in this language but almost for intuition and some things that our singing teacher can teach us.

Another thing I think we are lacking is a class about the anatomy and physiology of the voice, I think we really need it because we are singers and we need to know how our voice work and how we can have a healthy voice and take care about our vocal cords.

Also I think we need to know more about of academic music in latin america, we always learn about of academic music in Europe and United States of America, but stop of that! please! I don't want to say that we don't need to learn that, but we really need to know more about our traditional music, the road that the music has to the colonization (or maybe before that) to now.

Finally I think that all the persons need to study or work in a good place with a good conditions, and with a good infrastructure, and in this point our study place is not the best, all of us know the conditions...

But I think we have a big opportunity to study here, because we have great teachers and we have a good level of musical education, but even not enough.

But I'm happy to study here honestly in spite of all...

Travel to the future!!!

 As I already said before in another post, I'm a really daydreamer person, I think that I´m thinking of the future a lot of time during the day, I'm always dreaming hahaha.

I always think in the future because my dream is live in another country, like Italy, and now this is impossible, it's just possible in the future or in my dreams, this topic is one of my favorites, I love to listen other people telling me their plans and goals.

Anyways, I recognize two things so important, the first is that I know that living the moment is an important and almost magical thing "carpe diem", living in the present is so beautiful, laugh with your friends, savour deliciuos food, feeling the waves of the ocean at the beach or the grass in your feet, i don't know, so many things that you can feel only in the present.

The other thing that I recognized is the fact of the climate change, it's so alarming, so I dream a lot but I'm feeling so scary about it.

So, if the future were like I'm always think, with so many trees and will be a good place to give to my childrends maybe, and I can live in a house in another country (please Italy), I want to go to the future and living there.

My future and dream job...

I discovered with this type of post that I'm a very dreamer person, everything is a dream for me haha.

So, my dream job is to be an opera singer. I really love to study singing because the dream feels more and more close, even though I know there still is a long way to go, but absolutly this is not the beginning  because I've already started my path.

I've loved the music since I have memory, but my first contact with opera was in 2016 in the Teatro Municipal de Santiago by the time I was singing in the kids' choir in the opera ''La Bohème'' by Giacomo Puccini. As soon as I saw the stage and the singers with their dresses I knew immediately that I should have done this for all my life!!! And that's how I fell in love with this beautiful art.

Then I started to have many referents, but the greatest one that I’ve had in my life is her... the one and only... ''La Divina'', Maria Callas. The most great diva of opera. I'm becoming a big fan of opera and the lifestyle of opera singers, sing many roles in many theaters around the world... yes, I absolutely hope that this lifestyle will be mine and will be my future job, because it’s my biggest dream in the world!

How I love concerts!

 Definitely, I love concerts!𝄞♬

 The first concert that I went to, was The Jonas Brothers in Estadio Monumental in November of 2010, I was 8 years old, I went with my mom, some classmates and their moms. This concert was amazing and it was totally a surprise! That day, my mom sent me to school with a Jonas Brothers' T-shirt, and that was so weird... because  I wasn't supposed to go! Then my mom picked me up from school, and what you think? Yes! She took me to the concert! I saw my schoolmates and we enjoyed the music!

I went to other concerts like Demi Lovato in 2014, 

Miley Cyrus in Lollapalooza 2022 (it was a really fabulous experience!),

Måneskin in 2022,

and the last one, that I think it was the best concert that I went to, was Los Jaivas in their 60th aniversary in Movistar Arena, in August 15th, this year... It was really really incredible, it was a 4 hours music concert !!! It sounded so powerfull and I really enjoyed it!

My dream...

Oh my God, how I want to travel to another country!

It's difficult to me to think in just one country that I like to travel, because it's so true when I say that this is my real big dream in the world!!! To know another cultures, another languages, to know new people and make new friends... oh my God, when I'm writing this I'm in the clouds.💭

The first country that came to my mind is United States because I want to know New York, futhermore an anecdote that I remember when I was a child, is the fact when I'm at my home after school, I spent hours in the computer watching photos of New York, the Empire State Building, the Liberty Statue, Time Square, Central Park oh! how i loved this city! and another anecdote is when my English Teacher traveled to New York, he show us pictures of the city and I felt so jealous!

After few years I was in love with another countries, in Europe, like Italia, Germany and Spain, because I think this places are better places to study, work or live, now I still want to travel to USA, but just for tour, and another atractions that I want to visit there it's the Metropolitan Museum also the Metropolitan Opera House, AND BROADWAY OF COURSE!!
